Red-tipped water turtles are fast little guys. They enjoy sitting on a perched rock just barely above the water and sunbathe. These turtles will eat just about anything (chicken, turkey, hamburger). In the winter when they hibernate, they lay on the bottom of the pond. SO, don't think they are dead, they are just sleeping!
